I rarely write reviews. I am an individual that expects people I do business with to do it at a high level and do it with the utmost competence. I moved here from Florida and my daughter referred me to Anthony. Anthony represented me in building a custom home in a fantastic gated area. He was a very good negotiator and was able to get the builder to put in a fireplace and give the appliances for free. Anthony was also able to refer a few contractors to help me finish the landscaping, add a cmu wall and add on a courtyard. He always seems to go the extra mile in the day and age where everyone seems to not care about service. I highly recommend Anthony as a real estate agent if you are looking for someone who will look out for your best interests.

Anthony was referred to us by my brother who is a mortgage loan officer. My wife and I had already been working with another Realtor so we decided to pass on working with Anthony. After we had a deal fall through with our Realtor, we decided to give Anthony a call. From the first time we met Anthony, my wife felt really comfortable with him because she could tell that his priority was finding us the right house and not just showing us a few house to make a quick commission. After we made an offer on a home and it was accepted, we scheduled an appointment with a home inspector. Anthony told us we could select any home inspector of our choice. When I told him who the individual was (we used him on our previous deal that fell through), he told me that I should reconsider because I would not be happy with their services. To make a long story short, he was correct, the home inspector seemed to rush through the inspection and we were not happy. Reluctantly we scheduled another inspection with one of the three home inspectors Anthony had recommended. After the second home inspection, it was extremely evident the first home inspector missed several items and we were happy to have taken Anthony’s advice regarding a second home inspection. Anthony could have not said anything about the home inspector and we could have Closed on our home two weeks earlier and he would have moved onto another one of his clients, instead, he extended our Closing date and he created more work for himself just to make certain that we had a proper inspection conducted and that we got the service we deserved. Anthony has integrity and actually puts pride in what he does. We highly recommend Anthony at Exquisite Homes Realty.

Anthony helped me purchase my first home using a program that I didn’t even know existed. I had been saving money to buy a home for years and I thought it was never going to be possible. I was able to purchase a home for less money than I could rent an apartment for. He guided me every step of the way and he made certain all of the details were taken care of. Anthony came recommended to us by a family friend who had known Anthony for a long time. I needed to sell a home in Rio Rancho and it seemed like the realtors I had met with appeared to be ready to tell me whatever it took to get me to sign a contract with them to sell my house. I met with Anthony and I could tell right away that he was different. He was honest about what needed to be fixed at the house in order to get me the highest sales price the market would allow. He explained the home selling process to me and recommended that I interview three other realtors in order to see which one I felt most comfortable with, little did he know that I had already done that and that I had already decided to work with him because of his transparency and experience. Being from another country and never owning a home, my husband and I were not familiar with buying a home. Anthony took the time to explain to us the process of buying an existing home and building a home and he showed us the benefits of living in different parts of Albuquerque. I am very particular and I know I can be a pain sometimes and I thought after Anthony had spent multiple weekends with us showing us homes that he would grow tired of me and all the homes I wanted to see. Fortunately for us, he remained enthusiastic and he was able to find a home for us in a safe community and a home we now love. Since our home purchase and learning about real estate from Anthony and investment courses, Anthony has become our trusted advisor and has helped us purchase several investment properties.

Anthony helped me and my wife purchase our first custom home. Not only did he do an excellent job negotiating a good deal for us, he also attended all of the walk-thru’s with us and he pointed out a few problems that the builder did not notice and we had the issues fixed. If we would have gone through the home building process on our own, I’m certain the builder would have covered up several of the items that were problems that Anthony noticed. A friend of ours used the same builder and he told us that his Agent never attended any walk-thru’s but was at Closing to pick up their commission check. The entire time we worked with Anthony, I was expecting him to bail on us since the Builder had stated that our Agent was no longer needed, but Anthony was present at all meetings to make certain we got exactly what was in our contract and on our house plans. Not only does he know contracts and construction, he actually cares about his clients. If we do any type of real estate in the future, we will make certain Anthony is our Agent.

I needed to purchase a home quickly and I had no idea where to begin. Other Agents wanted to show me houses before understanding my situation and my timeline. I contacted Anthony through his website and asked him if he was interested in selling some vacant land for me. I live in Vermont and had no idea what my Land was worth. I met Anthony one morning at the land while I was passing through New Mexico and it was obvious he was well prepared and knew the area and land values very well. I’ve known Anthony for many years and I when it came time to buying my first house, I wasn’t sure if I should work with a friend even though I know he’s been in real estate for a long time because I did not want to ruin our friendship. I interviewed other Realtors and it seemed like they would tell me anything just to get me to start looking at homes. I decided to give Anthony a call to see how he operated his business. We moved out of state and needed to sell our home. We hired Anthony based on a recommendation from a mutual friend. Anthony recommended a very good cleaning company to come in and clean our home and get it in “for sale condition” and they did an amazing job. While we were out of state, Anthony would go by our home several days a week to turn on lights, water plants, feed our koi in our backyard pond and to check on our home. As the monsoon rains came, so did the weeds. Anthony coordinated with a landscaper and he had the weeds pulled and our yards cleaned up so our home wouldn’t look abandoned. I know realtors don’t do these kinds of things as part of their services, but Anthony told us that it was important that our house looked its best when potential buyers came to see the home and he was there to sell our home and would do whatever it took to get the job done. Of course he eventually sold our home and I personally think he went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. If we move back to Albuquerque, we will definitely be calling Anthony to help us.

Now I know that buying a house can be a rewarding, pleasant growing experience.

I had been trying to buy my first house for years and this is the first time I was received with such a level of professionalism and service. My friends have been recommending Exquisite Homes Realty and my only regret is not reaching out to them sooner.

I started working on the process in September. Contrary to the 'pressure to buy' that met me with other companies, Exquisite really took the time to hear my needs. Indeed, I was pleasantly surprised with the patient candor and knowledgeable insight into the local market. We were able to come up with a few strategies that fit my timeline, budget and expectations. I closed on my new house in December and considering my circumstances, I don't believe I would have been able to close any sooner had I been pressured to buy faster.

I had unrealistic expectations from the beginning and thanks to the clear communication, I was able to adapt and be prepared for each step of this process. When I had questions or needed guidance, they always had resources and contacts which were able to help tremendously. The industry knowledge I was shown saved me countless hours as they were quick to point out potential problems with a house, selling agent, seller or neighborhood. It was great to work with someone who could anticipate these things and also provide a plan on how to overcome the obstacle. I feel like my best interests were well represented as I was encouraged to find the house that was right for me and wasn't pushed to look at more expensive houses for the increased commission.

With all the activity of buying a house, I would expect certain things to fall through the cracks. Thanks to Exquisite, the converse was true. I would receive concise updates of the entire process and was even reminded of tasks outside of the purchase process such as forwarding my mail or activating utilities in time, even a quick phone call before my first payment was due. After spending a few months of driving around town looking at houses, I feel like I have a new friend.

3 years ago talk to Anthony about buying land as an investment. Immediately he gave me options and gave me advice about each of the places that were potentially available. At no time he pressured me to make the purchase, on the contrary I was the one who was a little anxious to buy and because it gave me options that were really good. In the process, he explained to me that the exact time would buy me a greater benefit to negotiate the cost of land. Fortunately my wife and I had the patience and trust the advice of Anthony.
